Heaps Normal

We partnered with Heaps Normal to explain preferential voting — over beers at the pub. By tapping into Australian cultural identity, we made a complex part of our democratic process accessible and engaging. Rumour has it, it’s their best-performing pieces of content to date!

Messina

We partnered with Gelato Messina to launch a limited-edition gelato flavour during election week in May 2025. Across a series of Instagram posts and stories, we ran a playful online “election” — educating users about preferential voting while introducing Build a Ballot to Messina’s nearly 300,000 followers.

Future Super

With Future Super, we were speaking to an audience already engaged in climate action and ethical investing. In collaborative social posts, we answered frequently asked questions about the federal election and promoted Build a Ballot to a community ready to turn their values into informed votes.

Twoobs

Through a longer-form interview and a collaborative post, we used their iconic visual aesthetic to explain preferential voting and answer common election questions — proving democracy content can be bright, playful and still informative.
